Each kiosk has a unique ID number that tells the system where it is and what groups it belongs to. The Kiosk DNA system can automatically send new content to each kiosk or group of kiosks, on a schedule you determine. The automation makes it much more convenient to deal with updating any size kiosk network. Additionally, you can perform updates on the fly, without waiting for a scheduled event to happen.

After the transfer, or if there is nothing new for that kiosk, the process ends. The server goes back to standby mode, waiting for other kiosks to call in, and the kiosk checks its new files.
